Computer Problems
I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Richard, the 11 year old next door whose bedroom looks like Mission Control, and asked him to come over. Richard clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem. As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong? He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'
I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.' Richard grinned.... 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?' 'No,' I replied. 'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll be able to figure it out.'
So I wrote down:
I D 1 0 T
... I used to like the little shit.

LMAO...leave it to a kid to fix the computer. (kids are too smart these days...LMAO)
*laffz* Gotta love those ID ten t errors...they run hand in hand with the PEBKAC ones...
And those awful AHBSW* caused mishaps too!
*Also comes in other flavors:
DSBSW, MBSW, FBSW, JABSW, FIBSW...
In every case the problem is "behind the steering wheel". :)
wow sounds like all the errors I ever get!LOL
LOL... Reminds me of when I called my friend's little brother to get him to help me with something I was stuck on with a certain computer game. I was about 16 at the time... He was 7. LOL!
Ok, I think I'll need some translations for Iggy's error codes, lol.
I've seen that ID10T joke before, it's cute, and totally appropriate sometimes.
Um. I totally did not get any of the strange number codes anywone said.
I guess that means I'm an easy target.
But I don't think you can really blame the 11 year old. He's 11.
