As we get older, we tend to wander... from day to day, to project to project, and from what is important and what is not. In our case we also plan on doing some wandering around the country. I hope you will join us.
It's cooling off over here, but IT WAS so stinkin' hot and humid I didn't even want to go outside! Perhaps your cooling off period is coming! Hope so!!!
Deanna I feel a teeny bit of hope. The weather peeps said this heat wave is going to start to break down in a couple of days. Ima gonna believe them this time because if I don't Ima gonna go crazy!
LOL! Don't shoot me, but it is sooo pleasant here! We are closer to the coast than previous summers; it was like 79 degrees today here, which is good since we don't have air conditioning! Nice ocean breeze.....
but I have lived where it has been really hot and it is not fun! So just hydrate yourself and don't do much outside!

I tried to get my aunt to see if she could fry an egg on the sidewalk this weekend, but she wouldn't. Glad it finally cooled down for all of us!
