Love, Hope, and Decency

Happy Birthday America!

An American icon passed away yesterday.  Andy Griffith is a symbol of America.  He was part of a show, The Andy Griffith Show, that depicted a way of life that we probably all wish we could exprience first hand.  I'll bet there are very few Americans alive today, including my grandchildren, who hasn't seen the show. What a humble, unassuming human being.  Rest in peace Andy.

God Bless America!

Rest in peace, Andy Griffith. He was a great actor and wonderful human being. Great gospel singer, too.

The video wouldn't load for me, so I'll come back another time to try again.

Happy 4th of July to you and your family!

The video loaded when I went back, so I clicked and watched it. What a great interview. Always loved The Andy Griffith Show. :)

I was sad to hear about him passing....I enjoyed watching him on The Andy Griffith Show and many other showes he guest stared in....sad to say that in today's world I don't think there are any actors that are worth looking up to like he was.

Everything I've ever heard of Andy Griffith has been so positive. He was a true "gentleman" and excellent role model.

He will be missed by all that lived or worked with him as well as those that watched him.
