As we get older, we tend to wander... from day to day, to project to project, and from what is important and what is not. In our case we also plan on doing some wandering around the country. I hope you will join us.
Cute pic. Unfortunately, we usually end up working around our place on Labor Day. We still have a few "projects" not completed, so I guess I gotta crack the whip at someone to try to get them done. (i think he plans on being home this weekend)
You mean I can just sleep all day? Thanks Punkn...All I needed was someone to tell me it was okay.. Have a good weekend and don't eat too much barbque *hugs*
It has always confused me why it's called laboir day when you aren't supposed to do labor? Is it because people always end up doing work anyway, like alicekay says? One of the great mysteries. Cute pic! x
*waves at Jess* Welcome I've always wondered too why it is called Labor Day when so many have to work. (Don't work too hard, AK) I guess rather than a day not to work, it is actually a tribute to the American workers. It is a shame that on the day we are being honored and told thank you, so many have to work. We are a 24/7 society nowadays - no rest for the weary (or is that wicked?) ;)
