As we get older, we tend to wander... from day to day, to project to project, and from what is important and what is not. In our case we also plan on doing some wandering around the country. I hope you will join us.

Why Old People Break Body Parts
Don't crack a rib laughing at this one... I almost did...
I felt so bad laughing, but laugh I did! I hope nobody got seriously hurt in these mishaps.
*chuckle* I just hope none of those Grandmas or Grandpas broke any bones.
I love reading over your recent posts. Your story about your pint-sized chihuahua snoring is cute as all get out.
If you look up Anne McCaffery's Pern books, I'd somewhat like to recommend reading them in order of when they happen in the historical time-line of the "world". However, that may not be the best way to go about it, as the 3 most recent books are placed rather far back in the Pern timeline, and their quality is definitely lacking. (Rumor has it, A. McC herself has alzheimers and is having a hard time keeping her stories straight as she writes them. It is common knowledge that the most recently penned 3 books were written either with the help of her son Todd, or completely written by him -in one case.) These 3 most recent books are not well liked, but are viewed by most of us as "history" to a favorite world, and therefore we read them. BUT, don't judge the series by these books.
For strength of story, I'd start with _DragonFlight_ then _DragonQuest_ followed by _The White Dragon_ then go onto the _Dragonsinger_ and _DragonSong_, then go back and read the series from the _Chronicals of Pern: First Fall_ (first book, chronologically) to _The Skies of Pern_ (last book, chronologically). It's a long series, but it's well loved for a reason. Besides the 3 most recent books, a couple of Anne's older books _Moreta_ and _Nerilka's Story_ aren't the greatest in the series, but they ARE history, so once again, they're treated in that respect.)
OMG, that was hysterical! No, I didn't break a rib laughing, but they were really funny. A couple I gasped because I was afraid they might have really gotten hurt. Like Kati said, I hope no one was seriously hurt in any of those videos.
OMG I walked out of my office this afternoon and tripped over a box... it was like I was being punished for posting the video lol. Welcome Kati! I tried to find the books without success at one of the local bookstores. I didn't have time to go to Barnes & Noble. Maybe the library.... anyway, nice to "meet" you too!
I have seen some of them before yes funny, I laughed but some I cringed and felt the pain or imagined what the pain felt like. Got a good laugh at most of them though.
Punkn you also tripped over your pj bottoms to. LOL
I was laughing hard when suddenly I realized...I do some of those falls already and I'm not a senior! Hmmm...like the time I tripped over a metal box at the gym and fractured my arm.
Life will be interesting when I do become a senior.

Oh good Heavens!
Ya, I'm only in my 50's and already find myself tripping over things....

Anyway, nice to "meet" you, Punkn!
That woman falling out of the golf cart at the end kills me!
I like to take solice in the fact that if they truly hurt themselves, the family wouldn't have submitted the footage.

I've seen this one before and laughed like crazy, but wow, some of those could have really hurt those poor folks. LOL
