You might remember a post from a little over a year ago about our visit with my beloved Uncle Cy.
Now at age 90, he is still going strong and doing things his way.
The below photo appeared in the Washington Post.
As we get older, we tend to wander... from day to day, to project to project, and from what is important and what is not. In our case we also plan on doing some wandering around the country. I hope you will join us.

Now that is what I call making lemonade out of lemons.
You go uncle!!!
Wow! That's a lot of water!!! Looks like he lives in a gorgeous area though. Hang in there Uncle Cy!!!
Awesome!!
Even with the flooding, what a beautiful spot to drop a pole. :)
Uncle Cy had the right idea! and He didn't have to walk far to fish !! He looks great for his age!
Now Mom, are you surprised that he was out there doing that? I'd be more surprised if he wasn't fishing!
he looks great for 90!! Lots of water though!! Hoping he will remain safe and his house won't be flooded!

Go Cyrus!!! (Excellent picture!) I bet the only one on his block that doesn't complain about the flooding will be him...

That's a great shot of your uncle, but wow...look at all of that water! I hope he and his neighbors stay safe. Will be thinking and praying for all of them.

That photo belongs in the dictionary next to "awesomeness".
That's great to be 90 and to be active like this, I wish your uncle good health. The photo will become an interesting reminiscence of both the high water and your uncle's attitude.
