How do I know...
I received the following email when I got to work today. I am still scratching my head and laughing... I'm just glad someone other than me sent it lol.

I think I would print that email out and stick it on the "Pride of Missouri" paid bill spike/spindle, after I called the person and said, "Your email said to call if I didn't "get it", so I'm calling!" just to fluster 'em.
