Doing Hard Time

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

We have one of valentines with us this weekend :)

Here is proof that Travis had to do hard time for his dastardly deed. We worked hard all day on Friday and then rented The Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian last night. We saw the first Chronicles with him when it came out. When Prince Caspian came out he refused to go with anyone but us. Somehow it never worked out to go see it in when it was in the theatres. So last night we tried to make up for it. Poor kid had to explain everything to us as the movie went along. Jim and I were both lost until we were well into the movie. Then we finally figured it out.

I think a "break" from school was probably a good idea actually. Getting outside, using those muscles and being with people who unconditionally love him and support him is the best cure for this situation. You are all blessed to have each other!

I agree with Jeannie, I think spending some time with you will be good for Travis. And maybe he'll have a new perspective about things when he goes back to school.

So did you enjoy the movie, once you figured things out?

Spending time with you and Jim..even if it is "hard" time for a rule breaking deed (although I'd of socked the kid harder) is a good dose of medicine for anyone! He'll be fine with your guidance and love.

Have a wonderful Valentines day.

Good for the lad to stand up for himself when those that should of been looking out for him at school let him down....... sad it had to come to blows, but on saying that, sometimes that is all one has left to use...... hope he decked the little sh*t good and proper lol

Your weather there sure looked a lot nicer than what we had here. You're already in the spring cleanup mode. Our snow had melted with only the mountain tops having some still on them, but it's snowing lightly out there tonight and there appears to be a dusting on the car.

Karla bought that movie for Terri for Christmas, and he and Marty watched it one night while I was in here working. (or maybe i was on the phone) I'll watch it one of these days. I liked the first one.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Hmmm more like "hard time". Yeah granted he had to work but he got to spend quality time with his grandparents...that's always a cool thing. ;)
